Successful redevelopment of Acufirm Ernst Kratz KG

During a business asset sale the Ernst Kratz KG Nadelfabrik has been assigned to a new entity the Ernst Kratz GmbH.

After several months of negotiations with private investors the company has finally been transfered in March 2010. The company still offers the whole product range (acus, canulas and custom products) Thanks to the successful restructuring the major part of jobs was saved.

After the reorganisation involved parties are confident that the new company is startegical and economical well prepared as the investors have profound market knowledge.
