CMC announces the acquisition of Surgical IOC by the French manufacturer Pèters Surgical.

Péters Surgical, French manufacturer of medical devices for more than 80 years with 26M€ in sales, continues its growth strategy through the acquisition of Surgical IOC, French specialist of hernia meshes with 3M€ in sales in France and abroad. Péters Surgical, well known for its surgical sutures activity, is active in 75 countries around the world.

“The acquisition has been made thanks to the support of CMC Consulting, M&A specialist dedicated to the Healthcare industry. This operation will generate many synergies between both companies: Péters Surgical increases its products’ offering in the surgical area and will benefit from the notoriety of Surgical IOC in the hernia meshes.
