Klingenfuss sold its medical wholesale business to Roeser Medical

Per January 2012 the traditional medical wholesale dealer Klingenfuss GmbH in Freiburg has sold its core business to the German market leader Roeser Medical GmbH (Bochum). All employees of Klingenfuss which, as a company can look back on a history of over hundred years, will be taken over by Roeser. Matthias Hilkene, one of the managing directors of Klingenfuss, will take a senior sales position with Roeser. - His move represents both continuity and sustainability in terms of business contacts with customers and suppliers and with the company's employees. The transaction is still subject to antitrust approval. CMC Consulting AG, a specialist in corporate acquisitions and sales in healthcare, has prepared and accompanied the transaction.
