Quies S.A. acquires assets from Laboratoires Bioréance

The Quies Company, headquartered in Palaiseau, France, was founded in 1921 and is still managed by two members of one of the founding families. The company today generates revenues of € 13 Million, 20% of which come from outside France. Quies sells around 60 million earplugs each year. The Company employs 49 people and sells its products through pharmacies and major supermarkets in approximately 20 countries. Quies has achieved the acquisition of MEDUSYL & MEDUSOL, assets of the French company Laboratories Bioréance with the objective to improve its products offerings to pharmacies.
